“I am passionate about creating a technology that will have a real impact on the health and well-being of the people that have access to it. Motion seating was created out of a need to reduce the harmful effects of sitting and support a healthier lifestyle.”
Paul spent 33 years in private practice and specialized in performance biomechanics. He is the inventor of Comfort Motion. Throughout the last 15 years he has also overseen the research and development of motion seating technology. Paul lead the introduction of our technology to the automotive, trucking and aerospace industries.
The origin of the concept, research presentations and education regarding the impact of motion seating on the human structure. He works closely with our engineering group and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) during the development and integration process. This involves aiding in the design of motion algorithms. Paul is focused on the end goal – successfully delivering the health and safety benefits desired for each individual seating platform.
His focus on human performance biomechanics began when he worked with professional athletes. Paul saw athletes from a wide variety of sports – football, basketball, tennis, ballet and racing – in an effort to create structural balance, flexibility and stability. He applied the principles to create “motion seating” and reduce the negative physical impact of sitting on the human structure.
