Amy-Ruth Hallett has over 25+ years within the Aerospace Industry having initiated her career in aviation with Eaton Aerospace, where she was fully accountable for manufacturing, operations and MRO strategy for engine components such as debris monitoring sensors and pressure switches. Migrating into the Interiors world, in 2007, with B/E Aerospace (aka Collin Aerospace; aka Raytheon Technologies), she led the supplier-effort for successful EASA Certification for the complete Interiors and Structural Doors programs for the Sukhoi SuperJet 100 Regional Jet Program. Jumping out on her own, she established 2H Investments Corporation, a consulting firm focused on providing clients with interim global operational, supply chain, manufacturing, and executive leadership during mergers and acquisitions. Complementing her new focus on consulting services, Amy-Ruth joined the Comfort Motion Global Team in 2017 along with Jeffrey Calkins to lead their effort in bringing the Healthy Seating Technology into the aviation sector.
