Epply’s ability to deliver Lean Manufacturing results has earned him international recognition as a Lean Consultant. A 30-year General Motors engineer, Epply has deep industry-specific experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering and operations for diverse products including starting motors, alternators and components.

After leaving General Motors, Epply became the president of Continental Design and Engineering, a Tier Two supplier, and led the company to 400% annual revenue growth. He remains focused on Lean Manufacturing Technology through continuing education programs from the University of Kentucky, the University of Michigan and the Toyota Plant in Georgetown, Kentucky. Epply directs the CMT engineering team and oversees product development.
